D.M.I.'s Technical Support Department offers the highest level of customer support
for repair, maintenance and training in the areas of  diagnostics, microscopy,
histo-pathology, forensics, microbiology and general laboratory instruments. Our
personnel are factory trained technicians and expert in their areas of specialization.
We have local staff available for immediate service response in Puerto Rico,
Venezuela, and the Southeast United States. Additionally, we are normally available
to travel throughout our service area of the Caribbean and northern South America
with 2 days notice.
